On 6 April 2007 the government introduced the new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations to improve the general safety of building sites and is aimed to reduce the number of accidents during the experience of construction projects. The new framework replaces two predecessors – Regulations for the CMD 1994 and the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996th Outdated rules have been updated before the two series were combined into a single set of rules and new guidelines. Despite progress in the construction and communication technology in construction are still perceived as unnecessarily dangerous working environments, with about one third of all deaths in the workplace and in the construction of thousands of victims, during construction projects each year. These injuries and deaths have to call a big impact for significant with colleagues, family, friends and of course unfortunate, not to the possible legal consequences for the construction company involved. The main objective of the new rules is to the health of the construction and safety in all phases of construction projects to build, from beginning to end. The settlement applies to all involved in a construction project and determined that each must take account of health and safety. The contract was subject to the conditions of the contract agreed ICTAD. The design has been developed by local consultants. Design Consortium Archedium LD and was appointed as chief consultant for the design concept and the organization has the ability, all of the services of a consortium that is building, electrical, engineering and quantity surveying has to offer.
