Project Description 1 1 1st 1st Project Scope The scope of the project is a renovation of an existing building with an international institution Narahenpita. The scope consists of design and construction of an extension of the existing building and sanding and painting the existing building. The new building consisted of about 6,000 m. The land is government land belongs to the club snooker player. The land was taken LEA for twenty-five years by the customer for the new building. 1st 2nd Consultants Appointment 1st 2nd 1st Consulting firms and other consultants, the project has a history of starting an international consultant who has worked as lead designer of the project. The design is now complete and that under the terms of the contract FIDICT, as always recommended by the international consultants, tenders will be called. The tender figures were extremely high and that the project was not feasible. The project must be redesigned. The local consultant was appointed as a leading designer and international consultant has been appointed an organization to review the planning and tendering. The contract was subject to the conditions of the contract agreed ICTAD. The design has been developed by local consultants. Design Consortium Archedium LD and was appointed as chief consultant for the design concept and the organization has the ability, all of the services of a consortium that is building, electrical, engineering and quantity surveying has to offer.
